Probe Technology are pleased to announce our recent partnership with Technoprobe Spa based in Cernusco Italy. Working in partnership with Technoprobe, Probe Technology are able to offer solutions for all Cantilever, Vertical and MEMS Technology probe cards.

Probe Technology has a probe card manufacturing facility based in East Kilbride Scotland. We are now able to offer fast turnaround cantilever probe cards compatible with Probe Technology, Technoprobe and other manufacturers.

Our long standing experience of the Semiconductor industry enables us to offer complete test interconnect solutions.

Probe Technology are the local distributors for Plastronics, high temperature test and burn-in sockets for BGA and QFN devices.

IC Test, design and manufacture high performance test contactors for high frequency, high current and Kelvin applications, compatible with most leading test handler manufacturers.

Micromanipulator create leading edge analytical probe stations for submicron probing of wafers, flat panel and packaged devices. Applications are new product design, characterization, yield enhancement, low noise, low current and r/f microwave.
